CLT & GLT mass timber installation: Blacktown
Our team installed over 200 CLT and GLT components for a brand-new childcare center in Blacktown. In collaboration with Alessi Design + Build for Grace Village Early Learning, the project showcases mass timber as a sustainable construction material. The materials were supplied by Australian Sustainable Hardwoods and Xlam.
Modwood Decking: Sanctuary Rose Bay
WxB supplied and installed new Modwood decking for this Rose Bay project. The design concept, by Sam Crawford Architects, beautifully merges the heritage of the old church grounds with a new apartment complex. The Modwood decking achieves seamless integration between old & new. We were delighted to work for Impero Constructions to bring this project to life.
Nobbs St Surry Hills: Multi-Residential
WxB is proudly constructing the structural carpentry for an exciting new 10-townhouse development in the heart of Surry Hills. In collaboration with Horizon Built, our team is providing the roof and internal structures.
The architects, Studio Shand, have thoughtfully preserved heritage features, paying tribute to the rich history of Surry Hills.

Our directors have broad experience within the construction industry each having completed a diverse portfolio of work.
Henry Naylor has undertaken roles in project management for Tier 1 & Commercial builders bringing strong attention to detail to their work. He has extensive onsite experience managing and anticipating project requirements.
Leonard Cox’s experiences range from large-scale apartments to commercial renovation fit-outs. Through his experiences, he has accumulated his knowledge on building structures and management processes.
Other projects that both directors have been involved with include CLT & Mass Timber construction, boutique hotels, and architectural custom homes.
